At Yoga Cave, we believe the power of Yoga. We believe Yoga could help you keep your body healthy, mind strong and heart bright.

We offer a variety of practices including Vinyasa Power Flow, Slow Flow, Yin Yoga and Mat Pilates. We also offer Private Yoga and Corporate Yoga. All our classes are beginners friendly and we welcome all body types. Our team of experienced, professional and passionate teachers are committed to help you strengthen your body and calm your mind.

Due to COVID19, we are currently offering ONLINE yoga classes via Zoom. Our classes are easy to join and we guarantee a smooth experience for you.

Our studio is conveniently located a minute walk away from Mount Waverley train station with plenty of 2 hours parking around the area.
