Yoga & Beyond offers yoga , stretch and pilates / core classes for all ages and abilities in South West Sydney since 2006. Our teachers are also trained in stretch therapy, pilates , meditation and fitball. Classes are varied and fun as well as being beneficial for the whole body and for ALL levels of fitness.
We are also interested in helping your mind be calmer and your thoughts be more positive - we teach these skills throughout our classes.
We also do meditation at the end of each 90min class and run regular meditation courses, weekend retreats, stress workshops, detox workshops and healthy cooking classes.
