I stumbled across Reiki by accident when I was stressed and run down, both physically and emotionally. The funny thing was I didn't care what energy healing was. I just knew I was going to give it a go.

Having a Reiki treatment every week for three months, my transformation was stunning. First, I became very ill with flu-like symptoms. I was unwell for three weeks with aches, pains, and fever. My body was rebalancing and healing from past events.
About four weeks after my first Reiki session, I was walking on the beach, and it suddenly dawned on me how good I was feeling. I felt energised and completely relaxed at the same time.
To become a Reiki Practitioner was the only thing I had on my mind, with the hope that I could help others along the way.
I have helped people with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, migraine, high blood pressure and addiction.
Reiki is subtle and spectacular in its simplicity and profoundly affects people willing to give it a go.
