Xclusive Female Fitness Club was Australia’s first female only fitness club formerly known as Body Shape. EST since 1984. Specializing in Ladies Health & Fitness, over the years our club has brought together women who prefer to train in a safe, friendly & non-intimidating environment. The loyalty of our members is today recognized as generations of fit and strong mothers and daughters stay committed to motivate one another whilst creating a vibe like no other gym in the area. Our fitness professionals motivate and inspire everyday to ensure that all our members are pushed for maximum results with every workout. Membership is extremely affordable with the option of direct debit or pay up front. We offer Special Rate Personal Training memberships for busy women that need a structured plan and a crèche for busy mums that need some timeout for themselves.
Our Classes range from low impact such as Yoga, Pilates & Dance Fitness to high intensity classes like Kangoo, Hiit, Boxing and Crx-Fit. We also offer Les Mills Body Pump.     A one of a kind place to be!! Especially for a female that wants to just reach their goals without hesitation. XCLUSIVE Female Fitness is hands down, the most amazing, happy and non intimidating environment that embraces all training styles and houses an absolute fabulous bunch of women.

    Fantastic
    I joined Xclusive 12 months ago and love it. Many classes to choose from. Nice, clean crèche with lovely carers for my children. Open long hours so I can go in the evening too. The girls at Xclusive are wonderful. Friendly, encouraging and determined to get us all into shape!
