My name is Gavin Reid and I am a qualified and certified holistic therapist with over 12 years experience and am passionate about creating the best treatment possible, using a combination of techniques and modalities to meet the specific needs of each client.

I have just arrived in Canberra having been working full time for the last 5 years at one of Sydney's oldest and most reputable massage and healing centres - The Buddha Bar Healing Clinic in Newtown. I was known as the masseur that was strong and could give a good deep remedial massage when required. My healing work is based on Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection.

I cannot emphasize enough how incredible and powerful Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection is. At least 95% of my clients experienced profound shifts in their lives after receiving a healing session with me that helped them to work through issues in their lives that were causing them pain and suffering, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family problems, and many other personal issues. I have a diploma in holistic counselling and am very easy to talk to if there is anything in your life that you are having difficulty with.

The main focus of my massage practice is to reduce or heal any muscular pain and discomfort that you might be experiencing. Modern lifestyles can take their toll on our bodies, with the demands of regular gym and exercise/sports programs, poor posture and other work related stresses that often lead to muscular tension, strain, inflammation and imbalance. To treat these issues I will integrate a variety of techniques and modalities to suit your specific needs. The treatment will target problem areas of pain and tension as well as helping you to relax and de-stress.
