Registered with PACFA and with over 500 hours providing one on one and group counselling to people in crisis with many issues, you are in safe hands.

Issues that have needed a voice have included childhood abuse, homelessness, loneliness, domestic & family violence, financial problems, work issues, unemployment, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and many more.

Counselling can foster new hope and clearer goals for many people in pain, who are suffering and have need of support.

The approach used as central to my practice is Person-centered, I believe that you are a capable human being who is doing the best they can in sometimes-horrific circumstances.

Counselling can aid in bringing you into the present state, by encouraging reflection on why you are here, where you have come from and how these influences have affected your behaviors, reactions and thoughts today.

In therapy, you are always in control, your limitations and boundaries will be respected.

Individual Counselling: Costs are $130 for the first session (90mins)
$115 for ongoing sessions (60mins)

Relationship Counselling: Costs are $160 for the first session (90mins)
$145 for ongoing sessions (60mins)
