Ash has been training myself and my wife for about a year now. Ash always makes the effort to make sure the session caters for both of us individually. I have notice my strength but also stamina increases continually over the year which I am glad about. He has great knowledge and always monitors us and suggests substitute exercises if he sees us struggle too much or we have injuries. I have trained with Ash Radford twice a week with a girlfriend for 7 months now. I just love it. It’s always very challenging, but also great fun. Pretty simple and no great revelation but in practice scheduling and committing to a workout matters a lot, and for most people it's the greatest challenge.
