Ric Bolzan has been practicing Tai Chi for over 15 years and is an accredited instructor from the Tai Chi for Health Institute and is a member of the Tai Chi Association of Australia (TCAA). Ric teaches a number of forms, and specialises in teaching Sun and the Yang styles.

The Tai Chi classes consist of Qigong warm-up exercises and then some basic Tai Chi practice. The classes are modified to suit the needs and expectations of the participants, consisting of gentle exercise, focusing on breathing, balance and having fun.

Ric is passionate about Qigong and Tai Chi as ways of improving physical and mental health. He also believes that Tai Chi should be enjoyable and fun, so his classes are relaxing and are designed to make you feel better when you leave than when you arrived.

    Fantastic taichi class
    I have been attending taichi classes with Ric for over a year now and find them consistently calming, interesting and engaging. Ric is a very knowledgeable teacher who teaches in a calm and thoughtful manner. His website has so much information on it, it makes practicing at home a breeze. I recommend his classes to anyone looking for a tai chi class.
