Yoga and Meditation in Windsor NSW, just 2 minutes from the Windsor station and town centre. We believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement.

Our studio is limited to 6 students at Windsor NSW providing group and private lessons.

Classes are taught by a Yoga Alliance International Registered and Qualified Teacher.

We focus on helping you find a deeper connection with yourself and your surroundings by offering Babajis Unique Kriya Yoga classes, Classical Hatha Yoga(Dynamic Yoga), Seniors and Restorative yoga, Courses for the serious yogi (Yoga Fundamentals and Meditation), and Yoga retreats and Workshops for the fun-loving yogi.

We take great pride at the fact that we have adapted traditional yogic practices to address and resolve the challenges of a global, modern and even woke world.
