The Akashic Records, often described as the cosmic library or the book of life, are believed to contain the collective wisdom, experiences, and knowledge of every soul that has ever existed. Learn to Meditate. It's natural, man has done it for centuries. It's relaxing and as easy as breathing. Like all things, it becomes easier with practice. Guided Meditation sessions are offered 1:1 online or in person in my home office. Did you ever feel upset or stressed and have someone tell you, take a deep breath and relax. Did you try it? Many relaxation practices use breathing techniques to promote a state of calm. Deep breathing can decrease the effect of stress on your mind and body.
