Scott's TaeKwon-Do ITF has been in the martial arts industry for over 48 years and through taekwon-do classes students will learn confidence, self-control, dedication, integrity, perseverance, self-pride and for others.
Scott's TaeKwon-Do classes are for children, teeangers, adults and families to learn together in a taekwon-do class atmosphere fundamental movements, patterns, 3-2-1 step sparring, free sparring, self-defence techniques, board breaking skills. The punches and kicks and strikes taught in a controlled environment so that students can learn how to manage bullying behaviour and learn strategies how to over-come these situations.
