Namaste! Raja Yoga Australia is a registered business name of Nina Pulaska.

Nina comes from the Himalayan Tradition and teaches traditional Raja (Ashtanga) Yoga. Nina has particular interest is meditation, subtle body practices and yoga nidra. She is also a mentor and lifestyle coach, specializing in building resilience and stress management using yogic psychology and techniques.

Raja Yoga classes and workshops taught by Nina are suitable both for beginners and long-time yoga practitioners.

Scheduled classes and workshops in the Melbourne North-Western suburbs are TBA. Individual sessions are available upon request.
