I am a Client /Solution Focused Strategic Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, Professional Counsellor, Early Childhood Proficient Teacher & Author.
Being a member of the Mental Health Academy (MHA), Australian Counselling Association (ACA), the Australian Hypnotherapy Association (AHA), and National Standards Education Authority (NESA), I abide by relevant codes of conduct and ethical practice guidelines.

My approach is unique. I integrate therapies and customises them to suit the needs of the client. I aim to work with clients to co-create individually tailored and sustainable solutions. My interventions aim to address the important relationship between the mind and body. I enjoy helping clients attain a greater wellbeing.
