NUTRITION IN MIND seeks to empower individuals and groups to improve their health and nutrition knowledge, understanding that the gut, body, and mind are interconnected. As an accredited practising dietitian I work with clients to give them the tools to make positive behaviour changes, empowering them to make better food choices for lasting results. In addition to dietetic consults, NUTRITION IN MIND also provides education sessions to NSW schools to increase nutrition knowledge and health literacy.
