I am situated at Balanced Health and Wellness in Warragul. As an Holistic Counsellor I have been helping clients for a number of years using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). This healing helps to lower anxiety in the body. EFT is a technique in which specific meridian points are tapped while repeating the issue to keep the mind focused on what is being released. All physical illness has an emotional component that can be released using this method. It is highly effective for all phobias, fears, trauma, grief and self-esteem issues. I also use Bach Flower essences to calm emotions and help clients to perceive new perspectives.
