At Move Move we're all about getting you moving and moving well. We want you to enjoy your life to the full and not be restricted by aches, pains and injury.

Our small group classes are limited to a max of 4 per class so your instructor can ensure you are moving well throughout the class. Our group classes include Reformer Pilates and Tower Pilates.

Try our unique brain-based approach that will reduce pain, improve mobility and help you achieve your goals.

Our 360 Studio Pilates are tailored clinical Pilates sessions. Limited to 3 per class we tailor the class to you and your goals. We are experienced in injury rehab, injury prevention and posture improvement.

You can now experience the benefits of whole body vibration at Move Move, our state of the art Hypervibe vibration units can complement your Pilates sessions and help with strength, flexibility, bone density and pain relief.

We offer a range of memberships and class passes. Commit to your Pilates with a 12 week membership for 1, 2 or 3 classes per week.

All of our instructors have Diploma level dedicated Pilates qualifications and regular undergo additional continuing education to improve their knowledge and skills. With combined experience of over 20 years we provide high quality Pilates instruction.
