Mother Natura Holistic Health and Therapies, is your local, family naturopathic practice.
Mother Natura’s founder, Elena, is a mother of two and a naturopath who combines strong spirituality, commitment and sensibility with excellence in naturopathic knowledge.
She has an absolute passion for helping…so much so that she left a career as a lawyer to pursue the healing path.
Elena is a quite unique practitioner in Sydney’s panorama, holding a degree in Naturopathy both from Europe and Australia.
She has matured more than ten years clinical experience in both continents and has developed a synthesis of practice that blends Australian and European remedies and therapies.

  thank you Elena

  I feel very lucky I found Elena. She has guided me in a journey towards my best health. I was suffering of frequent headaches, cramps and gastric upset. Already after the first consult I felt a definite improvement. Now, after 6 months I am well all the time!

  High blood pressure

  Thank you Elena for helping me with my high blood pressure problem. My father and brother have always suffered from hypertension and I was determined not to follow the same path (my father died from it and brother had heart operation). After following Elena's advice for a year my blood pressure is now that of a young healthy man!!

  Elena is a great professional!

  Elena is a warm professional person, who really listened to my concerns. She has an incredibly extended knowledge of naturopathy. I like the fact that she also studied in Europe.

  Highly recommended

  After having my first child I was feeling depleted towards the end of the year. I had been interested in exploring naturopathy as a way of boosting my immunity and keeping well generally and heard about Elena from a mutual friend. When I met Elena at my first consultation, I was impressed by her knowledge and her very thorough approach (which must come from her legal background), and her calm and gentle manner made me feel so relaxed and at immediately at ease. Elena has not only helped me immensely, but she also gave me some dietary advice for my baby who was waking at night, which has proved very helpful. I highly recommend Elena to those wanting a natural and wholistic approach to staying well.
