I'm Casey, an experienced Reiki healer, life coach and yoga teacher, passionate about helping you create positive shifts in your mind and body.

I offer personalised Reiki and Intuitive healing sessions in person and online, starting with a discussion and coaching around the blockages, emotional stresses, physical pain or problems that you might be experiencing. Depending on your individual needs, I might use one or a combination of coaching, breath work, visualisations, and meditation.

After the discussion, you will experience a beautiful Reiki healing, amplified through the use of crystals. You will also be able to take home your own special Chakra Crystal Healing set, specifically used in your Reiki healing session. You can use these crystals at any time you need an energetic, emotional or physical boost.

Please note that your session is highly confidential, and conducted in a safe and loving space that you can freely express your thoughts and feelings.

If you would prefer a full Life Coaching session, I also offer personalised Coaching sessions too. All Coaching sessions are 60 minutes and can be conducted in person or online. This gives us a chance to talk more in-depth about the beliefs that might be holding you back from living your best life.

All offerings are available as single appointments, or packages of 3 or 5 sessions for best value.
