We are a well established provider of Hatha Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Workshops and Retreats.

Established in 1979 and many years of providing our services to the community.

Our studio is located In The Uniting Church Pymble and we enjoy the use of this spacious, clean and well appointed space.

Classes are offered Monday- Saturday, day and evening and our experienced yoga instructors are accredited, trained and have many years of experience. All with qualifications from IYTA ( International Yoga Teachers Association).

We are safe, caring and mindful of every individuals special needs. Our traditional classical style of Yoga is offered with an authentic approach that provides Breathing ( Pranayama) practices, modifications to the various body postures (Asanas) and close attention to detail to ensure a safe class.

In addition to our Hatha Yoga classes we offer a Mindfulness Meditation 10 week program, workshops and Day Retreats.

We are trusted in the yoga community for providing classes for everybody, achievable and friendly.
