Hi there, my name is Georgina and I'm a registered psychologist.

I established Insightfully You Psychology as a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, beliefs or income.

I practice strengths-based psychology that affirms neurodiversity and celebrates difference.

I support young people, adults, and families. I'll work with you to find insightful, practical ways to grow your confidence and capabilities. I'll help you cope with challenges. Between us, we'll build the skills to create the kind of life you want to lead.

Regular therapies I use are EMDR, Schema, CBT, ACT, and DBT. I also offer autism, adhd and cognitive assessments via telehealth.
