I am a Mental Health and Energy Healing Practitioner. My soul purpose is to guide people to live their lives in harmony and true alignment.

I wanted to create an offering for anyone that is looking for an opportunity to release deep unhelpful beliefs and patterns to step into the life of harmony and feel truly connected in all aspects of life.

It is an opportunity to take control of your wellness by going deep. I will guide you all the way to truly uncover your deeply entrenched internal beliefs and connect you with an understanding of how they influence your life. I will empower you to make the change you see necessary and have been longing for. Diving into the root cause and releasing the pain you are holding on to allows you to come home to yourself. You will no longer be living in a state of stress and anxiety. You will get to flourish.

The structure of this offering is intuitive and will be alerted in the way that feels right for you as we are all unique beings and I am here honour and embrace your uniqueness.

This offer can include quantum energy healing (reiki) as a stand alone service if talking therapy does not align with you. If you are prepared to dive deeper, I can offer counselling (informed by clinically credible modalities), trauma work, inner child work, ego and shadow work and feminine embodiment work. I can also support you on this deeper journey by offering quantum energy healing, somatic release, cacao ceremony, breath work, guided meditation and aromatherapy. All these services will be intuitively chosen by you and me upon our first meeting together.

The price of every session is $111 until the end of the year. The length of the session will vary from 60 to 90 minutes. If your heart calls for this offer, please reach out.
