    Health quarters is a fab business
    Katherine at Healthquarters is a wonderful and professional personal trainer. I have done her classes which are excellent and now she is my PT. She is keeping me accountable and on track and is it working to achieve my fitness goals. Katherine is practical with her programmes, cost effective and adds value to lives. I am also doing the fitness food programme. It’s great to assess what to eat to best nourish your body when you are busy. Katherine is great at what she does and really cares about her clients well-being and achieving their goals. I appreciate her very much

    Amazing Healthquarters!
    Kath is an amazing trainer regardless if your trying to lose a few covid kilos or training for an Ultra and she covers everything in between. She genuinely cares for her training groups and is passionate about your health, fitness and wellbeing. Her encouragement and dedication has hugely improved my health and fitness over the last 2 years. Highly recommend Healthquarters for any and all fitness needs. You gotta start somewhere and this is the place.

    So grateful for Healthquarters
    Katherine at Healthquarters is amazing! She’s such a huge support - I love her classes - always lots of variety and her commitment to her clients is above and beyond and is appreciated. Lots of challenges and inspiration all year long. I’ve done group classes and 1-on-1 sessions and I love going to training. It’s like a family that all supports each other. Katherine encourages everyone to work hard at their own level and always ensures we have some fun too. Thanks so much Katherine!

    Outdoor exercise
    What a great way to start your day. Katherine inspires and guides you to be your best you. Exercise with a group of likeminded women is terrific. We are all levels but that doesn’t matter in an inclusive and encouraging group. Thank you Katherine.

    Katherine has literally changed my life. I have always hated the confinement of a gym. I find it soulless and decidedly demotivating. Last year, a friend encouraged me to join Katherine's classes at Willoughby Netball courts. There I met a bunch of women, all shapes, sizes and ages, who embraced me and encouraged me to push myself harder than I ever have. I am stronger and healthier than I have been in more than 20 years. I can use my body in ways, I never dreamed. The variety of the classes means that no two classes are ever the same. Katherine is encouraging and supportive and ensures you do not harm yourself.

    Katherine is a dedicated, highly motivated professional trainer. Her classes are fun and energetic, with a focus on applying the correct exercise techniques. Each session is full of surprises!

    Inspiring and satisfying workouts
    I've been training with Healthquarters for well over a year now attending 2-3 sessions a week, and I can honestly say I've loved every session (more so after completion). Katherine ensures that there is always variety from week to week, even when doing the same type of class. She is highly encouraging and motivates you to perform to the best of your ability. She is a stickler for good form to ensure that you are always getting the most out of each exercise. I find her encouraging and always ready to lead by example. She attracts like minded, positive people who I now consider friends. Keep up the great work Healthquarters!

    Highly recommend
    Katherine is a fabulous trainer. She’s highly knowledgeable and totally supportive. Plenty of variety of classes and she adapts for all levels of fitness. Importantly the classes are fun and have really built my strength and fitness.

    Dynamic fitness training
    I’ve been training with Katherine for over a year now and am feeling fitter & stronger than ever. Katherine tailors all classes to the fitness levels of the individual so no matter what level you are at, you are being pushed hard every session. No two classes are the same & Katherine’s energy & commitment is inspiring. I absolutely recommend Katherine & Healthquarters to anyone wanting to get fit or stay fit!
