  Weight fluctuations

  I have struggled with fluctuating abnormal weight over the years especially after every childbirth. I tried several quick and easy remedies to lose weight as well as other expensive means but each time, I easily ended up gaining the kilos back . As a result , I started showing some signs of upper airway obstruction and tiredness most days. The best result I've had was when I started seeing a dietitian - Peter St Henry on the GoldCoast, who was very professional and well experienced in his field. He guided me through to the very basics of a simple, achievable, personalised, inexpensive approach to healthy eating. His style didn't involve anything unrealistic to my own lifestyle. He simply provided me a guide to follow according to what worked for me long term. Me being the driver on this journey and him mainly a support person. Ever since, this journey has progressed towards improving health - obstructive airway symptoms gone, energy back and unwanted kilos shed. I would highly recommend anyone facing similar issues to see Peter. You will be in for a lifechanging experience.
