Unlike most franchise gyms, we dont hide fees and charges. There are no hidden card fees or join up fees. We wont sign you up and then push you to pay for Personal Training sessions to learn how to use the equipment or find out what exercise and nutrition plan you should be on. Whilst specialist Personal Training programs are available at competitive prices, most of what you need to know is supplied FREE! We want you to succeed!

We offer an awesome, fully equipped gym with everything you need, from Technogym Cardio equipment, to an extensive range of free weights (including squat rack & 4 bench presses), machine weights and functional training. Group classes for all members in our upstairs open Training Room. We even have a bona fide Vibrogym machine for use by all members, great for reduction in cellulite, circulation, flexibility, strength, toning or just relax with a massage.

And all this is included in your membership!
