    Great Progress

    Just wanted to say a big thank you to Armita and Gut Nutrition and Wellness! I had a laundry list of health concerns before I met Armita including chronic tiredness, poor eating habits, bloating and being overweight. Thanks to your guidance and stringent plan, I feel I have finally made some huge improvements to my weight and my cravings for sugar have also disappeared.     Cheapest high quality Vitamin C on the market
    Always stop by for the Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C from Gut Nutrition & Wellness, one of the few places that stock it. I always make sure i have these powerful packets on hand! Its the best you can get…..stops any oncoming flu or cold in its tracks. Also great for just keeping general good health.

    Superior Black Seed Oil
    Just wanted to thank the team for the prompt delivery of my Black Seed Oil. Couldn’t believe how quickly you were able to get it to me. We have been using for a few weeks now in a morning juice and enjoying the grainy flavour. I have tried others but the quality and purity of your oil far exceeds the others I have tried.     Finally got the break through I needed
    I was sick for 8 weeks with chills and ongoing fogginess and I needed a break through. The Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C which Gut Nutrition and Wellness recommended, gave my immune system a boost that I believe this made a significant difference to my recovery. I have learnt that I have an autoimmune condition and I prefer to go with the natural protocol than introduce further chemicals to my body. As a professional in the fitness industry, I am very careful of what I put inside my body and did further research as to why it is effective. I am grateful that I was introduced to this product.

    Feeling more energetic already!
    I highly recommend Gut Nutrition and Wellness. I received really important education and healthy food substitutes and recommendations compared to the typical junk food I was eating. Only a few weeks in and am already seeing improvements to my overall energy and also finally losing weight too!     Great support for my chronic illness
    As a person recovering from Chronic Lyme Disease and other illnesses, Armita was able to guide me not only on healing my body through food, but she also provides a lot of information and understanding of the environmental factors that influences our healing. Her warm and empathetic nature made me feel really heard and understood which is a rarity.
