Welcome to Functional PT. I am Steve Zekic, the owner of this personal training business. I have been operating my own training services in the Penrith area for 15 years. I now primarily use the Functional Patterns methodology.
As a Functional Patterns Practitioner, I am skilled in training my clients in a system that can take you to that next level in your athletic performance, learn to have correct posture and keep you out of pain... all in one place.
It begins with muscle and fascia release work, coupled with how to maintain correct posture. Then it moves into multiplane movement patterns.
