Here at Friends of The Light, I lovingly offer Kundalini Reiki sessions as well as attunements. I also offer readings in the Akashic Records. Reiki is a gentle and powerful way to relive stress and offer pain relief from tight muscles or injury. It also aids in the healing and balancing of Chakras. A reading in the Akashic Records will tell you what your Divine gifts are and give you insight into patterns of behaviour that keep you in lack and in undesired, repetitive patterns. These patterns are from both past and current lives. I also do a clearing of the records, which gives you a chance to start fresh. After a reading, you will walk away with a clear direction of what to focus on in your self-improvement journey.
