At Exercise Thought, our Mission is to make people better and our Vision is to become the most known and loved physiotherapy practice in the Yarra Valley by 2025. We offer private physiotherapy, clinical Pilates, massage, hydrotherapy, home visits, NDIS, educational workshops and more. Our physiotherapists have 46-years of clinical experience and have been awarded accolades such as 2022 Australian Physiotherapist of the Year and Allied Health Educator of the Year.

Prenatal Pilates & Postnatal Pilates
Our physiotherapists know the importance keeping fit during pregnancy. We also understand how keen many new mums are to get active after childbirth. Our clinical experience, knowledge of anatomy & specialised equipment means we can personalise your care so that you achieve all of your health goals.

Small group classes
Our small groups (3 clients with 1 physio) mean you get all the attention you need in an affordable service that enables you to achieve your longer-term health goals.

Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates gives you more options. Our physiotherapists have years of experience in using the Reformer machine to help clients develop the strength, mobility, control & balance required to achieve their goals. Our premium quality Kauffer reformer looks as good as it feels and is a joy to use.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is the original method developed by Joseph Pilates. Our physiotherapists can teach you exercises to improve strength, mobility & control while correcting your technique to get the most out of each move. You can also practice at home so that you are ready to progress next class!

Clinical Pilates
What's the difference between clinical and non-clinical pilates? Clinical pilates is provided by physiotherapists who have specialised training in diagnosing, rehabilitating and preventing both pain and injury. This enables us to make 'clinical' decisions that help you get the most out of your body.
