We are a health and wellness company that helps our clients get more active, we improve their nutrition and keep them accountable to their health and fitness. Our clients will generally have at least 1 of these goals to satisfy:

1. reduce body fat
2. increase muscle tone
3. increase energy levels
4. improve posture
5. the desire to look and feel better

We have a team of personal trainers that deliver both one on one and small group personal training. We work very closely with both a nutritionist and a dietitian who provide the diet planning for our clients and we have a Wellness Coach that provides the health mentoring.

    Great results, friendly trainers, awesome service, great place to train!
    I have really enjoyed my 12 week diet and exercise program with Evolve Health. The whole Evolve Health team have been very supportive, the trainers get the best out of me and keep me on track. Through their dietitian I was able to be prescribed a diet plan that was easy to follow and effective. So far I have lost 12 kgs in 12 weeks and couldn't be happier. I was only going to commit for 3 months but cannot see myself ever leaving.
