As a qualified Counsellor, Life Coach, Clinical Supervisor and Trainer Carrie works with individuals in groups or on a one on one basis supporting you through difficult times and helping you get back to the real you, the person you deserve to be.

Carrie also facilitates group workshops on a variety of topics ranging from strategies to manage depression and anxiety, to developing communication skills so that you always feel heard; learning to manage anger and a whole lot more.

Finally, Carrie has developed a range of online resources to support you through your challenges and help you go on to be the very best you can be. These online experiences comprise bite size video training's self-study and fully supported to help you grow as a person, cope with difficult times and build your own coaching or counselling practice.

With post-graduate qualifications, a Bachelors honours degree and Diplomas Carrie is well educated to support you, committed to ongoing development and she has also experienced trauma and significant loss in her own life which places her in a unique position to not only better understand what it is like to suffer, but also how to go on to live a fulfilling and satisfying life full of love and happiness.
