I use therapeutic grade essential oils coupled with Vita Flex technique, effleurage and massage. This is my most popular treatment and is designed tl assist your energetic balance, boost your immune system, rid your system of toxins and relax your body and mind.
Where appropriate, I will use energy healing to remove the blockages in the meridians, channels and energy centers in your energy body. These blockages will create illness in your physical body if left untreated.

Emotional clearing or releasework can be performed in a number of ways. No matter how it is performed the aim is to remove the cause of energetic blockages and thus prevent further problems.

  Amazing results

  I spent probably 30 years going to Chiropractors for my bad back. At some periods I was going 1-2 times a week. All this did was relieve the symptoms temporarily. However I met John about 4 years ago and he convinced me to have an essential oils massage treatment for my back pain. Since then I've had no more lower or upper back problems and no pain except for the odd occasional twinge which was soon fixed. I have probably only needed 1 treatment a year since then for my back. I have also done some emotional clearing work with John With quite amazing results in working through blocks in my life.. I highly recommend John's treatments to anyone who wants to live in wellness.
