We are a friendly practice dedicated to providing professional, personal service to all of our patients.

We have an experienced and dedicated team that provide the community with the most up to date, evidence-based physiotherapy to address their physical well-being. We will help with long term management and resolution of your problems, not only short term relief. We are committed to providing you with an individualised rehabilitation plan, which will optimise your recovery to get you back to doing what you enjoy most.

We treat the whole family from young children to senior citizens. At our East Bentleigh practice we have been providing physiotherapy since 1963.

How do our physios help you?
Our physios will carry out a thorough assessment & formulate a personalised treatment plan based on your lifestyle, activities and health. We will not only assess and help diagnose your problem but make it easy for you to understand your condition and treatment options.
Treatments may include:
- Mobilisation, manipulation and massage to reduce pain and stiffness
- Exercises to improve movement, strength & motor control
- Hydrotherapy, exercises carried out in a specially heated pool.
- Clinical Pilates
- Dry Needling
- Orthotic Prescription

All our physio appointments are 30 minutes and take place at our East Bentleigh physio clinic. Alternatively, we can provide home visits for those who require special care.
