Divine Warrior Yoga provides Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Beginner, Meditation and Prenatal yoga classes.
Practise in a beautiful, purpose built yoga studio with a teacher who brings the essence of yoga to life. Each class has a strong focus on yogic wisdom; acknowledging and integrating all aspects of the self; the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Classes will leave you feeling more empowered in your physical body and clear and centred in your mind.
Divine Warrior Yoga is ran by studio owner Candra Sleeman who believes that yoga is a practise that interacts with all of life and that (when practised) can imbue peace into our work, relationships, family and can affect the most important relationship there is; the one we have with ourselves.
