After 25 years of working with athletes across the sporting spectrum – from casual runners to international medalists and professional sportspeople – DamnFit Strength and Conditioning was established to service clients in Melbourne in 2014.

In addition to face to face Personal Training and Small Group Fitness, in 2017 DamnFit SC expanded its strength and conditioning services to utilise the Visual Coaching online platform. This means you can train in your gym, at a time that suits you whilst still accessing the expertise and knowledge DamnFit is renowned for.

We are committed to not only to helping you reach your goals, but to surpass them. We have become highly respected for our personalised approach, using proven strength and conditioning principles to get the best results for our clients.

We offer services in Strength and Conditioning, Personal Training and Speed Training. We will structure an individualised programme based specifically on your needs and goals.

    Fantastic trainer
    Been training with day for just over a year now. He is Fantastic I have more energy, flexibility, stronger and my fitness level is always increasing. Dave really challenges you. I am 54 this year and I feel like I am in my 30s again. Thank you Dave
