Counsellor offering a range of therapeutic services. Specialising in grief & loss. Almost all traumatic life experiences involve some type of loss and the grief we experience because of that loss. It may be the death of a loved one, the loss of love, a relationship, of control, of a job, of status, mental capacity, mobility. It may involve the loss of a life we once had, loss of trust with a partner, a friend or a colleague. Perhaps you have lost your sense of direction, your sense of self or meaning. Perhaps you are grieving and experiencing anxiety or depression. You have lost your independence and a previous way of life because you are ageing or because you now have a family to look after and support. The reasons and combinations are endless. I would like to offer my counselling services to help you in your journey to greater peace, greater awareness and to build some tools to help you move forward in your life towards a happier, more confident you.
