The Yoga Nook is a boutique style Iyengar Yoga school with highly qualified teachers and a maximum class size of 15. Beginner classes are offered at 6am, 10am, 6pm and 7.40pm. Usually classes sit at around 10-12 students. Started in 2002 by JI3 Iyengar certified teacher Linda Apps, The Yoga Nook has become a well established part of the local Dulwich Hill community.
