Doug's Dojang has been operating in Rockhampton for more than 20 years. The club provides training in Taekwon-do, self-defence and awareness, group fitness and personal training. Doug Swain has been an instructor and coach for clubs, individuals, national/international champions, including twice coach for the Australian national team. Doug is also a BUPA registered provider.
