BodyTone Pilates Studio is a boutique reformer Pilates studio in Wynnum Brisbane.

BodyTone runs classes 7 days a week, classes early in the morning and late in the evenings. Their reformer Pilates classes are designed to hit your core, your glutes and improve your flexibility. Reformer Pilates is great for developing strong flexible muscles and for improving your flexibility.

BodyTone has memberships for unlimited Pilates classes. So you can do as many classes as you can to help you get the maximum improvements from your classes. They also provide packs so if you aren't a regular user or have other fitness commitments you can do both,

The classes are all run by expert instructors, to help guide you through the exercises and to make them easier or harder depending on what you need. The Pilates classes are suitable for the beginner right through to the enthusiast. Our Pilates instructors will identify when you are struggling and suggest an easier variety, they will also notice when you are cruising and offer a more challenging exercise if needed.

The reformers at BodyTone Pilates Studio are excellent quality. This means they are sturdy and able to handle the stress thrown at them, to ensure your safety and quality of workout.
