As a certified practitioner, I attend regular teacher training with senior Iyengar teachers plus regularly attend yoga classes in Pune, India at the Iyengar Institute.
For over three years I have been running classes for older students. The results physically and mentally have been amazing. My students have loyally stayed with me and brought their friends.
The dedicated yoga room is well equipped, with mats, blankets, blocks and bolsters. The rates are reasonable and flexible.
