I have been working with children, youth and families in community settings for over 11 years. I assist women, parents, youth and children to
support and treat issues such as:
- stress
- trauma
- sleep issues
- challenging behaviours
- chronic pain and illness
- mental health concerns
- emotional difficulties
I assist you in making necessary shifts and restoring harmony and wellness to you and your family. I tailor my support to individuals/families, using a family/person centred approach , cognitive behavioural therapy, mentoring, Reiki and energy healing and more.
