Annabelle has a strong Energy and Spiritual Healing experience, as she began as a holistic therapist in France in 2006 and since then has never stopped training, studying and sharing her knowledge.

She is also passionate about awakening and self-knowledge, which she teaches through Jnana Yoga and Vedic philosophy (ancient scriptures of Vedanta) and which is the key to know yourself deeply and help you keeping a strong connection with the higher self.

Her specific skills coming from different paths, such as shamanic healing and various energetic healing techniques, help people recover from illness, accident, physical/mental/emotional issues, or simply regain energy and well-being. She uses her hands through Reiki, as well as Jin Shin Jyutsu to make the energy, that may be stuck by emotional blockages, traumas, or various notable life experiences, flowing again throughout the body and liberating "toxic" memories or habits.

Peace, calm, serenity and deep sense (why this happened to me?) are guaranteed in these powerful spiritual healing sessions.

For a deeper understanding of life, Annabelle offers Akashic Records exploration, whether to know about a past life, soothe memories with your ancestors, about your life mission or to get rid of physical/emotional discomfort that you've always had in your life, without knowing where it came from. It's simply magical and so powerful!

Tarot reading is also a complementary tool that Annabelle uses to guide clients who might feel lost or need quick answers about their near future.

As a certified Hatha & Kundalini Yoga teacher, she also loves to run group sessions and leads women's and meditation circles, throughout the year.

The first 20 minutes are offered at the first contact, to talk about what brings you on this path, whatever your problems are, and to discuss together what would suit you best.
