I delight in motivating and educating people to their best health using science, evidence-based practice and experience.

Im university-qualified (10 years to get my PhD), in overcoming barriers to exercise. I also have 15 years experience in working as a strength coach and group fitness instructor.

I have rehabilitation qualifications and can work with your physiotherapist, Osteopath, Myotherapist or Chiropractor to get you to your best movement.

I try to make exercise fun and ensure you know the why for exercise, as well as help you understand your why.

I work online, via Zoom teleconference and in the park: lets chat! You wont find that Im like other personal trainers- Im not about to push societys norms on you. Whatever your fitness goal, Im here to help!
